Asigur\u0103-te c\u0103 va con\u021bine suficien\u021bi carbohidra\u021bi pentru a preveni poftele care vor ap\u0103rea mai t\u00e2rziu.<br \/>\n2. Respect\u0103 un<strong> program bine stabilit<\/strong> pentru mesele zinlice. Recomandat este s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nci de trei ori alimente s\u0103n\u0103toase\u00a0\u0219i s\u0103 ai dou\u0103 gust\u0103ri, \u00een fiecare zi. \u00cen felul acesta \u00ee\u021bi vei men\u021bine glicemia \u00een limite normale.<br \/>\n3.
